DESCRIPTION
We develop arts leaders through our suite of Arts Leadership Programs which are designed to strengthen business acumen and organizational resilience within arts organizations. Features of our Arts Leadership programs: We offer an arts-and-business integrated approach We offer experiential learning through our final projects We offer peer-to-peer learning with other arts professionals We offer the ability to work and study at the same time Our programs are facilitated by a combination of instructors including: Rozsa Foundation staff (practicing arts professionals), University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business faculty, Rozsa Award recipient alumni, and leadership consultants.
